results-chad1In April of 2011, I came to Wrench Fitness with two goals.  First was to improve my physical fitness for the game of Curling.  Second was to improve my body’s overall fitness.

I began with the 10 one on one personal training sessions with Reg.  I enjoyed having the one on one training sessions because he was able to tailor it to the sport of Curling.  I also enjoyed how he was able to take me through all the exercises to ensure I was doing it properly and giving me alternatives to keep my training from getting boring.  Throughout the training, I found Reg encouraging, easy to work with and supportive.

Once my sessions were finished, I began to see progress.  I was eager to sign up for another 10 sessions.  This time I took advantage of his meal plan option.  By adding the meal plan, I have seen inches come off my body and my overall wellness improve.
