results-russ1My wife Lorraine starting personal training in Nov. 2010, and started seeing great results almost immediately.  I however, thought that running on the treadmill and doing core exercise was the real key to success for me.

So after seeing no results for a whole year, in Nov 2011 I swallowed my pride and started person training 3 days a week with Rej and twice on my own. He provided a meal plan of 6 meals a day as well which I follow religiously and in the first three months I lost 25 lbs., 7+ inches around my waist and maintained my chest, arm and leg measurements. Aside from being WAY stronger and feeling WAY better..... The difference in the mirror is what I like best!

My only regret is why didn't I start sooner!
