"I have been training with Carly for approximately five months now. I work a 40-hour week and I am also a single mother, so finding time to go to the gym is very difficult but Carly books me in three days a week during my lunch hour to help me reach my goals. Carly has been a great motivator, pushing me to my limits. So far I have lost around 20lbs and 13 inches. Twenty pounds was my original weight loss goal, but I still have seven months of training left and now that my original goal has been reached I want to keep losing weight and strengthening my body. I am excited to see where the next seven months will take me and to see the results of my body transformation. "Build the Body You Want" says it all. I highly recommend Carly as a personal trainer but don’t be fooled by her innocent look because she can be one tough cookie!"

Perhaps it’s because Reg and the staff are so helpful, friendly, and encourage by example. Or maybe it is the fact that the gym is well equipped and well maintained. Whatever the case, it has kept me coming back and played an integral part in helping me achieve my physical goals. Down 30lbs and counting!"
