Wrench Fit 1

($125 to $150) Includes meal plan, training program, initial consultation to set goals and gather information, follow up consultation to explain program, give examples, and provide instruction.

Wrench Fit 2A

($100 per month) This option has a three month minimum requirement for booking and includes everything in option one, as well as monthly follow-up including picture progression, goal tracking, program adjustment as needed, and availability to continually ask trainers for advice or expertise on your training program.

Wrench Fit 2B

($200 per month) This option has a three month minimum requirement for booking and includes everything in option one, as well as biweekly follow-up including picture progression, goal tracking, program adjustment as needed, and availability to continually ask trainers for advice or expertise on your training program.

Wrench Fit 3

($225 to $287.50) Includes everything in option one, as well as five, one on one personal training sessions with a Wrench Fit personal trainer. These sessions are one hour in length and will help you understand your program as it was designed and allow you to start to work towards your goal. You can book these sessions however you like over a timeframe of your choosing.

($475 to $550) Includes everything in option one, as well as ten, one on one personal training sessions with a Wrench Fit personal trainer. These sessions are one hour in length and will help you understand your program as it was designed and allow you to start to work towards your goal. You can book these sessions however you like over a timeframe of your choosing.

ONLINE TRAINING

Wrench Fitness offers online training for those who don’t have the opportunity to train in person with us.   Wrench Fit trainers Réjean & Carly Lepage will provide you with a Wrench Fit workout program and a custom deigned meal plan for YOU and YOUR goals.  No more confusing yourself with calorie intake/output and “spot” or “target” training.  Let us help and educate you on how to nourish your body with the proper foods, to accentuate your training, meet your goals, and live a healthier lifestyle.  You will still get to meet with Réjean & Carly with scheduled check- ins through skype/email to keep you and your body in check from any location.

Wrench Fitness offers 3 different types of online training packages:

Online Option 1

A custom designed program and meal plan.

Online Option 2

3 month (monthly perpetual following) lifestyle training : A designed routine that you can LIVE with and isn’t just a “90 challenge”. Providing you with a training program and a coinciding meal plan and support. Includes bi-weekly check-ins, and progress assessments. With regular assessments your progress will constantly be monitored and therefore determines your program/meal plan and if it needs to change.

Online Option 3

Contest Prep Package: Full 16- week Contest prep package. Includes; meal planning, training program, and skype posing sessions. Full 16 week package.
You will be provided with bi-weekly check-ins, exercise videos and and you will be required to submit weekly food journal submissions, and bi-weekly photo submissions. We do this so we can see how you follow the meal plan, how your treat meals effect you, and your progress. Know that when Wrench fitness helps you get on that stage your health is never in jeopardy, before, during, or after the show.
Most importantly we do a post show assessment! Guide you on the steps to take after you have stepped on the stage.
