Alayna
My name is Alayna, and I am excited to begin my journey as a spin instructor.
My passion for spin developed over five years ago, and I have always known that I wanted to share this enthusiasm with others, even if I wasn’t sure how or where.
My goal is to challenge you and help you leave my class feeling empowered and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. I am dedicated to creating an experience that motivates and inspires you to pay it forward.
Favorite track: Climb/Jog Favorite moves: Booty taps and 4 corners Favorite music: I enjoy a variety of genres, but ACDC always gets me energized. I look forward to riding with you and making each session a memorable experience!
